Born in Seville in 1974 to a Castilian father and an Andalusian mother. At the young age of 18, he left home to study civil engineering.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Marine Engineering, University of Cádiz, 1997.
Collaboration with the Universidad del Istmo in Panama to define the structure and development of the maritime sector in the Central American republic, 1998.
Shipments on a fleet of oil tankers and container ships, 1997–2002.

Of the many tasks carried out within the Merchant Marine sector, I would like to highlight our specialization in the assessment and implementation of emergency response plans for pollution incidents.
On a personal level, I deeply value honesty and camaraderie; I love the mountains, horseback riding, and history. I love sailing at sunset on the waters of Huelva, my adopted city where I’ve lived for over 20 years.
